Assessment-Driven Rehab + Performance

RecoverOrLevel Up

Welcome To The Lab

Your first hour in the Lab is spent measuring: how strong, how mobile, how far from where you want to be. Your plan is built around what matters.

One provider. One plan. One-on-one care every visit.
Every plan starts from a measured baseline and ends with a retest

Recover

Stolen Movement

The stairs you take one at a time now. The run that turned into a walk. If back pain, sciatica, an old injury, or a diagnosis keeps you from saying yes to the things you love, getting them back is the whole job.

A Concussion That Still Feels Off

The headache that shows up when you start sweating. The reading that swims after a page. Everyone says you are cleared, and you still do not feel like yourself. When a season or a semester is sitting on hold, recovery here is staged and measured, not wait-and-see.

Better Than Before

Getting cleared is one thing. Why it happened is different. The Elite Athlete Program starts from there, and rebuilds toward what your sport and position demand.

No Two Plans Look The Same

Your care starts with what we find, uses the treatment that fits, and rebuilds what needs to change so progress lasts.

01

Evaluate

Your body gets assessed for how it is moving, what is compensating, and where the load is going wrong. That picture guides everything that follows.

02

Treat

Adjustments, soft tissue work, and dry needling are used when your findings call for them, not as a default routine.

03

Rebuild

From there, your body learns to hold the change so it carries into training, work, and whatever you ask of it.

Built To Last Past The Visit

If you have to think about how to do a movement, you don’t own it yet. Nobody taught you to walk. You fell, adjusted, and tried again until it worked, and you haven’t thought about it since.

Rehab here works the same way: games rigged so the right movement is the way to win. You miss, you adjust, you win, and people push harder chasing a score than counting reps anyway. The movement your body finds on its own is the one you stop having to think about.

Level Up

The Sticking Point

You are pushing for a heavier weight, a faster time, the new skill. Your next level. Something is holding you back, but you haven’t found the sticking point. Yet.

The Baseline puts a score on range, symmetry, control, and output to find it. Then it becomes the assignment.

Closing the Gap

Strength alone doesn’t win games. Don’t settle for training that treats every sport the same. The Elite Athlete Program builds your training around your sport and your position, so you can close the gap to the next level.

Real Recoveries

“Everyone I went to focused on the pain, but they all brushed aside the severe numbness. Marshall listened intently to all of my concerns and had me feeling so much better after my first session than in months of care from other providers.”
— Zoe Maffit
“I had a bad back injury from a workout accident. I went from unable to get out of bed to completely healed up.”
— Luke Lack
“In a span of 3 months, nearly all of the pain I’ve had is gone when engaging in those activities now. You’ll likely end up stronger than you can remember without needing regular assistance.”
— Nathan Wilkening

Marshall’s Four Months

Dr. Marshall Gevers was a competitive hockey player when he injured his shoulder. The prognosis: 6 to 8 months of recovery. He’d miss college tryouts in his freshman year. But Marshall was back in 4 without missing a single game.

Dr. Dixon, a chiropractor, cut the recovery nearly in half. It did not look like any rehab Marshall had done before. He set out to learn it, not just do it.

The Right Treatment Depends On What We Find

Rehab usually sets the direction; adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and dry needling get layered in where they move your progress faster and help it hold.

Functional Rehab

The foundation of the Movement Lab. First, DNS restores the right patterns. Then you transfer them to your sport, your work, your day.

Adjustments

Specific, movement-informed adjustments used to restore joint mechanics when a segment is not moving or sharing load the way it should.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Tissue work that clears up restrictions so the body can move differently instead of getting pulled right back into the same compensation.

Get The Right Plan First

If the same issue keeps coming back, or training has leveled off, start with the evaluation. We will help you understand what is driving it, whether this is the right fit, and what the next step should be from here.
